Activity Logs and Settings within NinjaRMM and Webroot Endpoint Protection Integration

Step-By-Step Guide: Activity Logs in NinjaRMM and Webroot Integration

This is an easy to follow step-by-step guide on how to view your activity logs and settings in NinjaRMM and Webroot Integration.

Settings

By clicking on a console name, as shown below, you get the following page view. This page gives you the option to go to other areas such as Endpoint Protection, Customer Support and the Webroot Community.

As shown below, the Webroot Endpoint Protection page can be accessed by clicking on the 'Go to Endpoint Protection' via the homepage within a console.

The Settings tab allows you to automatically hide the data from inactive endpoints after a period of time.

Logs

View the logs of all your activity under the Logs tab - sorted by Date, Event Type and Description. You can filter the logs on the left hand side of the screen, as highlighted below. The detailed logs provide information on each event, with the account details in the description by email address and action for each time stamp.

Above the Filter Change Log section, you can click on the other available tabs: Command Log and Data Filter Log. The Command Log shows the command given and the parameters with the Date Requested and Status. The Data Filter Log shows the Setting, User and Date applied.

Resources

Under the Resources tab there are a couple of options such as your product keys, number of devices purchased and which type of OS and the instructions for downloading Webroot Secure Anywhere.
