Step-By-Step Guide: Creating Overrides within NinjaRMM and Webroot Integration
Here at Zedsphere, we want you to be able to manage your clients’ devices easily and this is achievable through the NinjaRMM and Webroot Endpoint Protection integrations.
This is an easy-to-follow step-by-step guide on how to create override within your NinjaRMM and Webroot integration.
Step 1: Understanding Overrides
The overrides tab gives you the option of adding and viewing any items within the Whitelist and Blacklist for Files & Folders and Web Overrides. You can create your own Whitelists and Blacklists for Files & Folders and Web Overrides. These buttons are highlighted in the image below; there is also the search feature for ease of use at the top right hand side.
Step 2: Creating Overrides
You can create overrides by clicking on the Create button. This brings up the pop-up window, as shown below. You can add an Override Name, Override Type and the option to Apply to a Policy. You can also edit the override by clicking on the Override Name.
Step 3: Web Overrides
You can create web overrides by clicking on the Web Overrides tab and click Create.
Additionally, URL’s of Websites can also be added that you want to allow your users to access, as shown below.
When you have added a URL, it will appear with the URL Name and Date Last Modified. This allows you to keep track of the websites that are secure, whitelisted or for you to find those that may have been compromised so they can be deleted.
