Third-Party Patching with NinjaRMM: A Step by Step Guide
Not all RMM products come with third-party software patching built in. In this blog, you will learn about how to handle third party patching with NinjaRMM.
NinjaRMM has a state-of-the-art patch management engine that patches a huge list of third-party software. To name just a few:
- - Adobe Systems, Inc.
- - Apple Inc.
- - Cisco Systems, Inc.
- - Dropbox Inc.
- - HP (Hewlett Packard) Inc.
- - Oracle
- - Wireshark
The full list is actually well over 180 now but you get the gist of what I’m trying to say. NinjaRMM allows full control of operating systems or third-party patches from a global level template that can be customised per customer or even at the device level. NinjaRMM Patch Management provides complete control of the patching process and ensures that customers' devices are always up to date.
Not only does NinjaRMM allow you to perform all these patches on a device or company level, the console will also breakdown each third-party software into different update versions to give you a detailed view as shown above. To be even more proactive, NinjaRMM will also categorise all third-party software in one view to highlight which key pieces of software are ‘pending’ or ‘failed’.
